JCI consistently strives to do the right thing for both clients and employees. While no organization is perfect, the company gets far more right than wrong. Recent leadership changes also feel encouraging and have brought a renewed sense of direction.
Cons
There are still too many cumbersome internal processes that slow employees down. Increasing autonomy and decision‑making authority for local markets would help improve efficiency and responsiveness.

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is.
The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving.
If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
