      Pros

      JCI is people oriented organisation helping them to grow up. They have an excellent onboarding system and they will train you well.

      Cons

      Our open space was designed for 18 people, not for 50 or 60. That is not good. No privacy, very noisy - those are some of the reasons people quit.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
