Pros
Good salary, professional atmosphere, good management. There was a bump in the number of vacation + floating holidays from 13 to 18 while I was there, which was really generous. When I was laid off as part of a product sale, I received a fair severance package.
Cons
The hours extended into evenings and weekends frequently. The sale of the part of the company I worked for came as a complete surprise. I would have put more in savings and less into my retirement fund had I known it was coming.
