Cons
The company is so corporatized that employees almost become just a number in the big system. If you personally push, Johnson Controls will help make you become whatever it is you wish to accomplish during your time there. However, if you only do what is required of your personal job role, nothing more, it is like you are lost in a system that seems to depend solely on these people that pour their hearts and lives into these jobs; yet they see you as a disposable invaluable asset as a whole, no matter how major your role in the company is. Corporate normality I suppose.
