      Power of brand, huge, multinational, it is company to learn with the customer day by day, big projects in all places

      Cons

      The culture of people is complicated, they don't like changes and sometimes it is necessary. Managers needs to see people wants to do more for the company instead to work opposite the strategy

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
