They pay well, and they have a decent on boarding for sales representatives.

Cons

Poor company morale. Everyone is always complaining as it takes forever for positive change. There are too many managers and not enough employees. They also just see their employees as a number. For the Sales Representatives, they make it more and more difficult to make your commissions.
