Cons
Steady employment if you can handle 55+ hours a week as a salaried mid level manager. Poor teamwork, no accountability for sales or design departments. Upper management structure is absolutely worthless, no synergy between sales, design/engineering and operations. They used to have an incentive plan that was achievable, now I giggle when I sign it every year.
