Pros

The bonuses and some staff

Cons

People constantly back stabbing each other, the gossip is ridiculous. The attitude towards staff could be better. Working there I felt alone most days as new people aren't accepted easily. The management are putting others down, if your face doesn't fit then you won't last long. Certain people are allowing others to lie on temporary timesheets and getting more money from the company which indicates fraud is going on. It's a petty and immature environment where if someone has an issue a complaint will be made to your manager. People were being made redundant and departments moved. Unnecessary attitude from managers if things were not going to plan. No support to staff and no organisation within the company. I would not recommend working at this establishment.

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
