Service department techs were good but not the management
Cons
Service and office people were only interested in the bonuses not the employees. After 4 yrs they let a service manager run off all the good techs with bad people skills and cursing out several employees. No advancement in field once you are in position you are stuck they will outsource be for they let you take a management position. They underpay employees by three dollars compared to other companies in area. They say the benefits make up for this but the benefits are below average now . They ask a lot out of a single person to carry and install by yourself.
