      The changes being made are not changes that are beneficial to the customer. Processes that work in larger metropolitan areas do not work in small town America.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
