      Pros

      Good people and great products.

      Cons

      Internal focus and constant shifting of strategies in Building Efficiency compounded by very poor leaders brought into BE from Power has driven best leaders out of company. Wall St seems to be tiring of lack of delivery.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
