      If you are at a smaller location it's harder to network with other individuals in other parts of the company. Large corporate environment, you can feel like a number.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
