Pros
Great Company, grew and learned a lot in the short time I was there. Great work environment as well.
Cons
In my case, my department had many new leaders/supervisors which knew less than we did and following someone's orders that doesn't know much of what we do yet is pretty hard, bumped heads. So doesnt mean it will happen to the next person, I just was the unlucky generation.
