- Poor Management ( feels like there is a gang of management who are pretty sure that nothing can move them and they lay off whomever makes a comment of disagreement with them easily) -Toxic environment that would not allow you to grow and move in the company easily - No recognition system - Low Income and incentives - No bonus - Regular lay offs and hiring after every 2-3 years, so vast amount of trainings and learnings is lost every 3 years - There is a lack of documentation and the knowledge is mainly stored in people's minds who worked there for many years - Not a valuable organized training and you need to find it yourself how to know the products or hopefully get introduced to a nice experienced colleague who can be your mentor.
