Pros

It is a global company and if you want to work in another country there is a good chance to move and work there. Working for a huge corp. in a small town setting is a great thing if big city living seems intimidating or if you just don't want to deal with what comes with big cities. Smaller towns mean less comuter time and if you have a family that can be a very big isssue. Family First! Big city living offers the chance to work alongside some world class proffesinals that can really help you "improve your game". Not to mention the amenities of bigger cities.

Cons

As with all of corporate America, owners are put first. Let,s get back to basics, CEO: Customers, Employees, Owners. When you get right down to it, it IS the employees that make a difference. When people are treated like people they feel better and perform better. When you are treated like a number that is how you tend to perform. Meet or make the numbers. This is where working for a family owned or privately held company is different. Employees tend to be thought of differently and in a more personal way. It can be a more secure feeling working environment.
