Pros

The pay and benefits are solid The people within the company are good people (for the most part)

Cons

The position is supposed to be entry level however in order to free up the sales reps to make more new sales, upper management took most of their responsibilities and gave them to the CCR. The amount of tasks for the CCR has become overwhelming and the pay (while still good) have not increased So much time is wasted reporting up, that the CCR's work day has become even longer. Many positions rely on the CCR too heavily. While the CCR's main objective is customer retention, the CCR is required to upsell (if not successful then looms the threat of termination), billing will require you to reach out during periods of non-compliance (even though that's their job and takes you away from attempts to renew contracts), where we used to forecast quarterly we now have to forecast monthly, at the end of the fiscal year my team had 11 meetings a week to report our progress to management (time that could have been spent working on renewals).

Deep rooted problem of mass Cronyism Hiring issue within global IT security department that affects moral of incumbents and is leading to low skilled talent retention rates or for those that stay are becoming Silent.
