      They did submit paychecks on time

      Cons

      long hours, lack of notification of mandatory overtime. sometimes the HVAC would turn off. Lack of real job responsibilities aka do the work of most of the department, train others and forced to learn processes of other entry departments and must complete their workload on top of your own. Little to no recognition, pay increase, and any offer of a bonus is contingent on every other department to be perfect for any possible pay.
