Professional Environment - Anonymous employee Johnson Controls Employee Review

I was part of a large lay off related to the economic impact of Covid. It felt like the typical look at a spreadsheet of senior employees and salaries and lay off the higher paid. I think it was decided at a level by people who did not know what the people they were laying off did or how they contributed. I really loved working for the company though. The team I worked with were wonderful and my Director was really wonderful. I miss them and the job. Everyone I had contact with there in my daily duties were easy to work with and professional.
