Pros
Amazing elevators: stylish and contactless. Maybe the most futuristig elevators in town.
Cons
Working style. Lot of micromanagement, regular unpaid/uncompensate overtimes, brainwashed managers happy to work on overtimes "giving the team the good exemple". All day, switching from one meeting to another, no breaks, no social opportunities, no teamlife even if team members are nice. On HR side, very disappointing in terms of 1. self development (no time for that), 2. salary (higher than listed on the job adv but lower than mentioned at the interview), 3. benefits (only few can be actually chosen from a long list). On long term career, opportunities to grow internally are few, since the company covers business areas quite isolated one from another. On balance working/private life, no respect for working time and working days (flexibile working time promised whereas overtimes are regularly required without compensation), homework repeatedly unofficially assigned on weekends, team members requested at the last moment to attend meetings also on bankholidays (without providing them any time or financial compensation). Team members attending/leading meetings on overtimes also while going through Covid. Office premises Modern and stylish. However there's a very low application of social distance measures during Covid times. No Covid pass checks and no measure to avoid physical contacts. Other companies ship to the employees' private address contracts and amendments to be signed in paper form, IT equipment, Christmas presents, badges. JCI requires all employees to come to the office in person and pick up everything, cherry on the cake the first day "please bring your own bag for laptop".
