Pros
The people are great to work with. Company car and gas card. Benefits are ok.
Cons
Low salary and commission. When being over worked. You have to do estimates, develop the system, do reports, sell, and cold call. They expect 25 phone cold calls, 8 physical cold calls, and 2 appointments per day. You will work 70 hours per week and weekends at your desk just to keep up. The company does not have a good sales model. It is a difficult sale because companies do not have the budget to upgrade security systems. Also, you have to constantly get new business because the renewals for existing customers is terrible.
