Pros
Benefits outside of pay are decent with higher than usual 401k (dependent on length of time with company), 18 days PTO, additional sick time, and employee discount programs. The company is under transformation and and anticipate better systems in 2023.
Cons
Higher focus on stakeholders than employees, 401k distribution is annual and dependent on meeting commitments to stakeholders, promotions/recognition is often based on relationships and not on value/contributions, individual training/coaching is minimal, assigned online training is not related to job which could be 20+ hours a year, focus on sales growth year over year without growth in the supporting teams, most technology is 15-30 years old, pay is average.
