      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility with your schedule and you get to meet a lot of different people. This role also came with a company car which helped me and my family out a lot.

      Cons

      A lot of extra hours without pay. I had also was in the hospital for a bit, and it wasn’t taken very kindly. I wish the work life balance of the culture there would change. Another issue is there is a mind set that letting people try to swim and drown in work is ok. Unfortunately, that didn’t sit well with me.

      Strong organization with strong history of delivering high quality products and services .ample opportunity to learn and grow in your field . very supportive and collaborative peers across departments.

      Deep rooted problem of mass Cronyism Hiring issue within global IT security department that affects moral of incumbents and is leading to low skilled talent retention rates or for those that stay are becoming Silent.
