Some managers take really good care of their employees.

Cons

Pay is not competitive in this market. If they were to pay people competitively, they wouldn’t lose so much talent and knowledge. They would also be able to recruit and retain talent more easily. Upper management, above plant management, run around without any long term strategy. Lack clear expectations.
