      Work life balance is good and you can go home whenever. People you work with are also fun to be around and very social outside of the workplace.

      Cons

      Career growth is lacking and there is a lot of time spent in the same position. Decisions are also sometimes slow because of the chain of command.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
