Pros
Many of my colleagues have had stable careers with the company. Work/life balance as a manager is good, but the labor field can have some demand placed on them. Support is good and the company direction is clearly communicated. Employees are competent and great to work with across the board. Benefits are pretty good and if you require a company vehicle they provide them instead of the trend towards car allowances. There is great flexibility in schedule and a hybrid remote environment for some positions. The company is very large so there are a lot of opportunities and they do seem to favor promotion from within.
Cons
Training could be improved, but I've found support when needed. You sort of operate from a not knowing what you don't know for too long. Many people are forced to figure things out as they go without being well prepared to enter their position within the company.
