Pros

Centrally located office A handful of colleagues were supportive and professional

Cons

Excessive Overtime: My tenure was marked by unrelentingly long hours with no additional compensation or acknowledgment. It wasn’t uncommon to be pressured into working late or through the weekend, often receiving requests well past normal working hours. Lack of Management Support: The leadership is highly disorganized, with a stark absence of clear communication. Requests for guidance often went unanswered, and feedback was rare unless it was negative. Dismal Morale and Culture: The company culture is non-existent. The environment is cutthroat and dispiriting, with management pitting employees against each other to 'encourage competition'. Teamwork is discouraged, and credit is rarely given where it's due. No Growth Opportunities: There is little to no room for career advancement. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit, with no transparent or fair process in place. Benefits and Compensation: The benefits package is subpar at best. Health insurance is costly with high deductibles, and the pension plan is unsatisfactory. Salary increases are infrequent and do not match the cost of living increases.
