Appalling Management - Data Anaylst Johnson Controls Employee Review

Managers preached hot air about work life balance while expecting 60 hours from salaried employees. After I was there for a year I politely asked for a week of UNPAID time off to offset all the extra hours demanded of me. I was lectured about the reality that corporations are in business to make money as if my ask was not cognizant if such reality!! What a pier of feces!! The elitist CEO, lectures employees about zero carbon nonsense while he flues to Davos annually in a private carbon emitting jet to rub elbows with the worst pieces of human garbage among us at the World Economic Forum. These people should be dead to you!
