Constant turnover in executive leadership does not allow for consistent and successful results. This company keeps changing before any of the previous changes can truly be implemented and tracked. Company has lost sight of customer first and is more concerned about internal metrics than actually delivering for customers. Very process heavy for sales and operations which impacts ability to drive success in any role. Compensation in Sales is by far the most complicated and worst in the industry. The plans don't come out until after Q1 and the ability to track understand and manager comp is brutal.
