Pros
Great company in terms of vision and values that are cascaded from the top. Dedicated branch teams which go the extra mile with desire to be succeed for each other.
Cons
Lack of meaningful strategies - lots of political box ticking exercises to meet targets and satisfy shareholders. Internally focused to the detriment of customer service. In the US JC can operate on the basis they are a well known brand, here in the UK market this approach is seen as arrogance as we are certainly not the big players our prices suggest.
