Pros

This role is primarily at a large technology company one of the big 5. . I am not embedded, but spend 100% of my time working on only their projects. As such, I have very little to do with the day to day at JCI. Integrators can be very bureaucratic and slow to accomplish tasks.

Cons

given that this role is remote and fully dedicated to a large client, any changes by the client to the relationship can impact you with little to no warning and regardless of your performance. Recently we lost 26 positions within a large contract due to simply bieng outbid for the dedicated workforce.

Focus on innovation and sustainability -The company invests heavily in smart building technologies, energy efficiency, and green solutions, which can be exciting for employees who enjoy modern, impactful work.
