      Average benefits, flexible hours, local management good

      Cons

      Very blue collar attitude, corporate management very quick to terminate to keep bonuses. GEO dumped profitable division to help pay for his nasty divorce. Pay not very competitive.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
