Pros

Great work environment and a great team to work with . The company seems to really care about the staff and the environment. No micromanagement. Everyone is expected to do their jobs.

Cons

401 K program doesn't have a matching component. Would like to receive more vacation time. Doesn't pay commission on the overtime worked by the contractors.
