Pros
They have a good reputation and their Credo sounds great but they don't really live by it in the order they list it (its really investors first, then patients; employees are last).
Cons
Very poor integration; Very little employee support. They do not transfer you into a suitable position, then financially punish you for not doing suitable work. Absolutely no support on helping you transfer to better positions in the company. Senior Management should have taken a more active role in locating suitable work, but did not. I spoke with direct hires and other acquired employees and they had similar experiences. Almost everyone in my acquired company left due to poor work opportunities. JNJ says they are interested in all the great employees they acquired but really they only care about the drug/platform.
