      Pros

      Family environment, huge earning potential, fantastic schedule (4 days a week). The company really takes care of you and makes you feel like your part of the family. Best sales training I've had.

      Cons

      Weekend and Holidays required and the shifts are long, but the money is more than worth it.

      Jordan's really cares about their people. This is unlike any other company out there.

      There are many people you will see on a daily basis from other departments but won't know who they are.
