The best part of Jordan's is the people! It may be hard to get into Jordan's, they have high expectations, but they need to to keep up their reputation as being the best of the best.

Cons

Commute can be a challenge, but is worth it for all the other benefits that go along with working there.

There are many people you will see on a daily basis from other departments but won't know who they are.

The 4 day work week allows for a work life balance. Commissions were fair and realistic.

Cons

Retail environment, 12 hour shifts.
