      Pros

      Decent pay scale Customer service is excellent and all issues pertaining are handled by service department. Most managers do NOT micromanage. Vacation time very flexible. Excellent benefits and very accommodating to family life situations.

      Cons

      Constantly changing pay structure and bonuses. Currently no bonuses for performance…not motivating for high level performers. Higher management stuck in old mentality

      Jordan's really cares about their people. This is unlike any other company out there.

      Cons

      There are many people you will see on a daily basis from other departments but won't know who they are.

      The 4 day work week allows for a work life balance. Commissions were fair and realistic.

      Retail environment, 12 hour shifts.
