Severe lack of focus by Sr. Management (constantly distracted by shiny new things - they even have a guy here who's whole job appears to cause this since no one knows what his formal job title even is and instead of fixing it we make jokes about it!) Severe lack of experience by Sr Management creates stressful day to day employee work culture since everything is always last minute, unorganized, not thought through, etc. Complete lack of any product management causes chaotic work culture where very little ever is achieved since teams are constantly hacking together temporary fixes Huge amount of technical debt with no clear plan/desire to fix This place has definitely put the 'cult' back into 'culture'. When you start working here you will either be accepted by the 'borg' if not you'll be leaving within a year like most others do.
