Excellent Company and A Great Team - Anonymous employee Jornaya Employee Review

I have been with the company for a little over a year. When I read some of the negative reviews I have to question whether these people were working for a different company- they simply are not true. Jornaya is highly entrepreneurial, both internally and externally. That means that the company culture is one where "sitting around and waiting for someone else to do it" isn't tolerated. If you have an idea or see a way you can make a positive impact, you're expected to set the ball in motion. There is no passivity here. It's an innovative company with an incredible product/dataset and great people working here. People have each others' backs and as rapidly as the company is growing, it still encourages employees to have a good work/life balance. Benefits are also very good. It's not perfect, and it's an intense environment, but it's an excellent company.
