Appreciated for my work with flexible scheduling - Nanny/Sitter Jovie Employee Review

I run the Austin/Downtown Houston social media as well as create photography and reels for corporate/different franchises! I also take the occasional babysitting gig and work our corporate care events. Laura and Brooke are the best!

This isn't preventable by the office, but travel time/traffic can be annoying in a big city!

Help find you a family to work with. I could see how this could perhaps be great for part time

LOW PAY for the job. After 3 years with Jovie, I was getting paid $16/hr and my full-time family was paying somewhere from $26-28/hr. They told my nanny family I was getting higher raises than I was. MUCH fairer companies out there. No PTO due to "not being salaried employees" even though that's not how PTO works! Constantly nagged about logging in my hours even though I was always on top of it. Going through them was a pain. Don't recommend. Always wondered if why they rebranded from College Nannies and Sitters was to try to separate from all the negative reviews.
