      Pros

      I worked for the edina location. I had a part time family I nannied for and was also on the sitter team to supplement some additional hours per week. The flexibility of the sitter shifts and consistency of the part time placement was exactly what I needed with my busy schedule! My manager at CNT was friendly, encouraging, understanding and a great mentor to me. I felt as though I could reach out to her if I needed anything. The kids and families I met were so great and being a role model to them was the most amazing experience!

      Cons

      It would be great to have a way to add a portfolio of families you love to work with and your schedule can be automatically sent to them monthly so you can work with the families you love.

      Pros

      I've worked with Jovie Newport Beach since 2022. I started as an on-call nanny and worked my way up into administration. I am now in charge of recruitment, event coordination, and general management. I love the company culture and encourage families to use our services and for potential nannies to apply! I have met many great people through the Jovie network! It has been great!

      LOW PAY for the job. After 3 years with Jovie, I was getting paid $16/hr and my full-time family was paying somewhere from $26-28/hr. They told my nanny family I was getting higher raises than I was. MUCH fairer companies out there. No PTO due to "not being salaried employees" even though that's not how PTO works! Constantly nagged about logging in my hours even though I was always on top of it. Going through them was a pain. Don't recommend. Always wondered if why they rebranded from College Nannies and Sitters was to try to separate from all the negative reviews.
