The location I worked for only seemed to care about the money. They didn’t seem to care if I was sick, had personal emergencies, or if I didn’t feel safe with a family I was paired with. We have to complete “timesheets”, a summary, after every single job. They say you get 24 hours to do them, but be prepared to get endless texts about completing them if you don’t complete them within a few hours. They ask you to work long hours with no breaks, unless the kids take naps, and ask you drive to crazy locations. They say they’re flexible, but that’s a joke. You better be ready to take a job whenever they give it to you, even when they call you in the middle of the night.
The pay is not worth it. They charge families a ridiculous amount of money and you only get maybe a quarter of it. The location I was with was very unorganized and pretty unfair. They had a 3 strike system which is basically “3 strikes and you’re out” but instead of being out, they docked your pay. You could get strikes if they reminded you to do your timesheets, if you have to decline a job, or if you have to call off for whatever reason (even if you’re sick).
I left CSN+T a few months ago and I still receive calls/texts about completing assignments, timesheets, and if I can work. You can try to leave but good luck. Once you’re in their system, you’re in it for forever.
