      Pros

      I began working for College Nannies + Tutors in November 2015, and I'm already experiencing one of the best times of my career. The management team is always efficient with scheduling, payroll, and keep employees informed and encouraged while working in the field. They show great concern about the families we serve and the nannies who care for them. CNT is one of the best organization I've ever worked with. Great flexibility. Keep up the good work!

      Cons

      Just wish there was a designated time for the employees to meet with management/administrative team to get more aqainted, in person.

      Pros

      I've worked with Jovie Newport Beach since 2022. I started as an on-call nanny and worked my way up into administration. I am now in charge of recruitment, event coordination, and general management. I love the company culture and encourage families to use our services and for potential nannies to apply! I have met many great people through the Jovie network! It has been great!

      Help find you a family to work with. I could see how this could perhaps be great for part time

      LOW PAY for the job. After 3 years with Jovie, I was getting paid $16/hr and my full-time family was paying somewhere from $26-28/hr. They told my nanny family I was getting higher raises than I was. MUCH fairer companies out there. No PTO due to "not being salaried employees" even though that's not how PTO works! Constantly nagged about logging in my hours even though I was always on top of it. Going through them was a pain. Don't recommend. Always wondered if why they rebranded from College Nannies and Sitters was to try to separate from all the negative reviews.
