Pros
you will get to learn a lot about leadership because you will be in a managerial role over temp employees. it is very challenging work because although most temps are good, hard-working folks...between 100-200, there will be enough to keep you busy. company support is great though, and they make it easier which allows flexibility to tend to all tasks assigned by client company.
Cons
through no fault of their own, the clients can be very demanding at times. you have to carefully balance client relations and your own job for Joynus Staffing. the client companies can be demanding because most of them operate large scale production plants...things that are always pressuring them: production goals, low accident rate, OSHA visits, running multiple shifts smoothly, product recalls, just to name a few. you have to really be able to keep up.
