Pros

I've been with the company for a little over 2 years. I started as a team member and am a current Manager. What attracted me to the company was its competitive starting rate. I have seen the company grow from around 10 stores to close to 20 now. With a flourishing company benefits for employees have followed suit. Current benefits include; health, dental, vision, vacation, gym membership, paid volunteering, comprehensive employee training, tuition reimbursement, and employee meals. It is surprising with a growing company this size to be able to pick up a phone or send an email and still have a response from the founder and CEO. Your peers play a big part in your promotion their opinions hold large weight in the process. This seems fare as they spend the most time with you. During the training process to move on to a higher position the only limitation is yourself. Everyone from the CEO to current district managers who were once going through the same process are at your disposal for help and advise. The company promotes a community among all its store through its interactive in house social media platform. Here employee post comments, pictures and videos which are work related. Contest are held for best video for ranging topics. Past prizes included a limo ride to one of our 2 annual company parties, and tickets to a drake concert or Broadway show ( no not Hamilton). Overall I am very happy with my time here. I believe a large part comes from taking advantage of all the benefits, from going to one of the 40+ gyms with my membership to having a free smoothie on every break. I am also optimisitc for the company's growth having visited our first location as far out as Garden City, New York. With more stores opening up opportunities for new higher level positions will also open up. It is a great time to be in this company and more is yet to come.

Cons

Like with any job in the restaurant and hospitality field schedules change. However it helps having good relationships with your peers know they have your back to cover you or stay longer.

Pros

A lot of training and support from manager and juice generation team. Great coworkers. A free smoothie/drink every shift. Tips are nice. I learned a lot about new healthy foods and nutrients I had never heard of before.

Cons

Can get very busy. Suited for people who can work in a fast-pace environment.

Pros

* HR was really supportive from the start. During my first trial week, they called me every day to check how I was feeling in the team and how things were going with my supervisor. Even now it’s super easy to reach out to them if I have a question or something to say. It makes you feel supported. * My team is very friendly and welcoming not just with me but also with new people who joined after. You don’t feel judged and you can learn at your own pace. * Benefits are nice 50% discount on products which is great and commuter benefits help with transportation costs. * Management usually tries to be flexible with scheduling and will do their best to accommodate our availability when possible. * The workplace is always clean and well-maintained. It might seem like a small detail but it really improves the overall experience and makes the workplace more enjoyable on a daily basis.

Cons

For now I haven’t noticed any major downsides since I’ve just started. Of course it can get busy during peak hours or on sunny days but honestly it’s still manageable compared to fast food chains. Plus the team helps each other a lot so it’s not a big issue.
