A lot of training and support from manager and juice generation team. Great coworkers. A free smoothie/drink every shift. Tips are nice. I learned a lot about new healthy foods and nutrients I had never heard of before.

Can get very busy. Suited for people who can work in a fast-pace environment.

Even now it’s super easy to reach out to them if I have a question or something to say. It makes you feel supported. * My team is very friendly and welcoming not just with me but also with new people who joined after. You don’t feel judged and you can learn at your own pace. * Benefits are nice 50% discount on products which is great and commuter benefits help with transportation costs. * Management usually tries to be flexible with scheduling and will do their best to accommodate our availability when possible. * The workplace is always clean and well-maintained. It might seem like a small detail but it really improves the overall experience and makes the workplace more enjoyable on a daily basis.

For now I haven’t noticed any major downsides since I’ve just started. Of course it can get busy during peak hours or on sunny days but honestly it’s still manageable compared to fast food chains. Plus the team helps each other a lot so it’s not a big issue.
