Pros
Wonderful hiring process! Their clinical recruitment team is amazing, specifically Leighanne Eubanks. She walks you through screening to orientation and still with you through your employment. JMC offers a wonderful inclusiveness in the organization. Lots of perks and rasies now twice a year. The set the bar very high.
Cons
You might start out a little lower in pay but the leadership, perks, organization within, benefits, and taking care of their employees out weighs everything. Being apart of a private, non for profit hospital has a whole different vibe and it's for the better!!
