Pros

PTO, convenient office, hybrid schedule.

Cons

They are severely underpaying the entire operations department, they refuse to fill positions when people leave, and force employees to take on 2-3 jobs at a time without a title change or compensation increase. Constant favoritism and retaliation if you begin raising concerns about the way you are being treated. If you step out of line or raise a complaint, you will never receive any support or promotion, no matter how qualified you are.

Pros

The pay is decent and they have a 4 on 3 off schedule. But to be honest, that is about it.

Cons

Absolutely NO SUPPORT! You get a month of training which sounds great but it's not because you are looped in with other departments, so in reality it's really more like a week of training for your specific department. The training does not include most of the tools that you will be using...so when you are released into the crap show, you have no idea what you are doing. There are about 17 different slack channels for you to get "support" from. But don't you dare ask a question in the wrong channel because you will be made to look like an idiot. Cases are automatically assigned to you by a "round robin" process. It is supposed to be turned off on your days off but because this is a manual process, it is constantly missed and so when you return to work after being off, you have so many cases and most of them have went over the SLA. And if you say anything about it, you're basically told to suck it up. Management is FLAKY and no help and then you have some people in positions with a little bit of power and they bully you through slack messages and then delete it. It's an insane environment! Just beware...they trick you by making you think that since their interview process is so lengthy and extensive that they actually give a crap...they do not!
