Pros
Very open culture. You can literally see and walk up to any person in any department and exchange information. Our company fosters inter-departmental lunches so you're randomly grouped and get to know more about people you normally don't work with and Justworks pays for it! We also go on semi-annual company retreats. We work hard and we have a lot of fun. Plus the office is dog-friendly!
Cons
Because it's sales, some nights are longer than others depending on when your appointments are set and what time zone you're working with. The sales cycle is a little long so you've got to keep on top of your pipeline. Since we're a startup there's a tendency to expect that you'll self-start so sometimes you need to pursue your manager for extra insights but generally if you ask a question you get good answers.
