Pros

Looking back at my past positions, I could not be happier that I moved to Justworks. The culture is like no other and I can say the same about the people. Its a completely open floor and no matter what their position is, people are always happy to help out. The CEO has really made an effort to make every single employee feel involved. Holding company wide meetings every Thursday to let everyone know how the company is going and letting different departments explain their own growth and process gives everyone a great understanding where the company is going to go.

Cons

Like any other start up, changes are going to happen. You have to be willing to go with the flow and adapt to the changes.

Pros

The pay is decent and they have a 4 on 3 off schedule. But to be honest, that is about it.

Cons

Absolutely NO SUPPORT! You get a month of training which sounds great but it's not because you are looped in with other departments, so in reality it's really more like a week of training for your specific department. The training does not include most of the tools that you will be using...so when you are released into the crap show, you have no idea what you are doing. There are about 17 different slack channels for you to get "support" from. But don't you dare ask a question in the wrong channel because you will be made to look like an idiot. Cases are automatically assigned to you by a "round robin" process. It is supposed to be turned off on your days off but because this is a manual process, it is constantly missed and so when you return to work after being off, you have so many cases and most of them have went over the SLA. And if you say anything about it, you're basically told to suck it up. Management is FLAKY and no help and then you have some people in positions with a little bit of power and they bully you through slack messages and then delete it. It's an insane environment! Just beware...they trick you by making you think that since their interview process is so lengthy and extensive that they actually give a crap...they do not!
