Pros
Great company with great people. Many small businesses in multiple locations (states) to manage so there is a wide variety of business experience and challenges. Multi-tasking a requirement in order to compliment the team.
Cons
Not really any cons except perhaps the challenges that every small business is facing. Depends on how an individual accepts and addresses these challenges. As stated above, multi-tasking a requirement in order to compliment the team which is a positive for some and a negative for others.
